Access Communications is committed to providing high-quality, reliable networking and connectivity solutions. This Limited Lifetime Warranty guarantees that our qualifying products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.
What is Covered
This warranty applies strictly to Access Communications branded products, including:
- Structured network cabling and patch leads
- Mains power cords and cabling
- Server racks, data cabinets, and enclosure accessories
- Telephone accessories and tooling
What is Excluded
This warranty covers only authentic Access Communications products. It explicitly excludes all third-party manufactured brands distributed by Access Communications. Separate manufacturer warranties apply to these items, including:
- HALO products and accessories
- Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and replacement batteries
Conditions That Void This Warranty
This warranty does not cover standard wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or products that have been modified or improperly installed.
How to Make a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our Seven Hills office with your original proof of purchase or invoice details. Approved warranty returns will be repaired, replaced, or credited at the discretion of Access Communications.
