AOR 8200-series Tape Recorder Interface Cable
This interface cable is a carrier-operated recording-lead designed for the AR8200, AR8200 Mk2 and AR8200 Mk3 scanning receivers. It is fitted with a 3.5mm mono phono plug for the audio connection and a 2.5mm mono phono for remote-operation of the cassette recorder. The tape recorder "audio" and "remote" connections are both controlled by the squelch action of the receiver. Scan and search functions can also be combined to trigger recording.The tape recorder should either be equipped with a 2.5mm mono phono remote-control socket or posses VOX/VOR capability.
