Powermaster® USB + Power Plug
Powered USB plug combining standard USB plug configuration with additional power contacts for applications where power requirements exceed the capabilities of the standard USB plug. Typical applications include retail point-of-sale including barcode scanners, printers, signature pads and cash drawers. Plug contacts 1-4 meet USB 2.0 requirements and contacts 5-8 provide power up to 6 Amps. 5V, 12V and 24V versions are available and each type has color coded latch/body and is keyed to prevent mating with incorrect socket.
